Why these Asian countries?

Wouldn’t it be lovely to showcase all Asian countries? There’s always something interesting that I see on social media for all the cultural accounts I follow, and I definitely keep up with the cuisine and travel for multiple countries, not just Asian. Social media, especially the ones with videos and short reels, are definitely made for someone like me, slightly ADHD-tendencies with some OCD-ishness. In other words, I multi-task very well, like doing things to completion and making sure they turn out perfectly well. However, doing so would not only involve a lot of logistics but also overextend my and my team’s capacities. So we’re starting small.

For the inaugural event, my intent is to start with countries I have more than a secondhand familiarity with. I’ve lived in the Philippines and China, and have traveled to Japan and Korea. So I feel somewhat comfortable beginning with these cultures, as I’ve not only gone to their countries but have more than a passing interest in them. Manga, manhwa or manhua, anyone?
